Heather Crowley has worked in Accounts Payable and Receivable for Custom Interiors since 2014. Before that, she worked at a CPA firm for 15 years in accounting. Heather has a certificate in accounting and has worked in the field for over 25 years. In her spare time, Heather likes to spend time with family and friends.

Dustin joined Custom Interiors in 2020 as a carpenter and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2024. A Navy veteran with more than 10 years of service, Dustin went on to earn his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Kansas. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on the Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks, as well as traveling and attending live music events.

Bridger has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, spanning both the residential and commercial sectors. Bridger joined the Custom Interiors team in 2025 as an estimator, bringing decades of hands-on field experience to the estimating process which allows him to deliver accurate estimates and practical solutions. Bridger and his wife live in Douglas County where they enjoy tending to their garden and remodeling their mid-century ranch style home.

Patti has worked as a customer service representative for seven years and has an educational background in accounting, social media marketing, and business management. At Custom Interiors, Patti handles daily communication of multiple projects, along with project financials such as work orders, change orders, and monthly invoices. At home, Patti enjoys her time riding her motorcycle and spending time with her family.

Don Dunn serves as Director of Business Development for Custom Interiors, where he supports business development, HR, payroll, company culture, onboarding and retention, leadership training, and ethical guidance. Before joining Custom Interiors, Don served as a lead pastor in the Kansas City area for 33 years, including 21 years at Lawrence, KS First Church of the Nazarene, where he retired as Pastor Emeritus in 2010. He has also taught leadership, management, ethics, and ministry courses as a university professor for the past 17 years. Don holds a BA in Religion from MidAmerica Nazarene University, an MLS in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University, and a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University. He is the author of Designing Ethical Workplaces and consults on leadership through the Burning Bush Leadership Institute. Don and his wife, Janice, have been married for 49 years and live in Lawrence, where they enjoy family time, golf, KU sports, flea markets, shopping, and their Cavachon grand dogs.

Adam Hazelwood is the Owner and General Manager of Custom Interiors, where he leads project management efforts and oversees daily operations. Since founding the company in 2013, Adam has guided its steady growth in both team size and project volume year after year. Before launching Custom Interiors, Adam owned and operated a commercial cabinet manufacturing company. His background includes extensive experience across retail, restaurant, hospitality, medical, and educational projects, bringing a well-rounded perspective and industry expertise to every project he undertakes. Outside of work, Adam and his wife, Makenzie, enjoy spending time on their property on the west side of Lawrence. Much of their free time is spent outdoors with their dog, Elvis, and enjoying their pond. When they have the opportunity to travel, they enjoy vacationing in Mexico, where they can most often be found relaxing on the beach or in the ocean.
