Adam founded Custom Interiors in 2013 and leads the company’s project management and daily operations. His experience spans commercial cabinetry and projects across multiple industries.
Heather has managed accounts payable and receivable for Custom Interiors since 2014. With more than 25 years of accounting experience, she keeps the company’s financial operations organized and moving smoothly.
Don supports business development, HR, payroll, onboarding, and leadership training. His background in organizational leadership brings a strong people-first perspective to Custom Interiors.

Dustin joined Custom Interiors in 2020 as a carpenter and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2024. A Navy veteran with more than 10 years of service, he also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Kansas.
Bridger brings more than 20 years of construction experience to Custom Interiors. His field background helps him create accurate estimates and practical project solutions.
Patti coordinates project communication, work orders, change orders, and invoicing. Her background in accounting, customer service, and business management keeps projects organized and moving.
